Early in her career, Kathy served as a Broker/Partner with a RE/MAX Brokerage in Raleigh, NC, and for 17 years, she was a catalyst for the company’s success. As General Manager and a ferocious recruiter, Kathy focused on recruiting and retention as the key to profitability, and grew the office to over 300 devoted real estate professionals landing them in the top 100 RE/MAX brokerages in the country, closing over one billion dollars year after year.

Teamwork, attitude, and leadership she professes are the keys to success and she’s brought all three to the UNBrokerage, scaring the competition and fueling the fire igniting this rapidly growing franchisor.
