Zarifa’s hard work ethics stemmed at the early age of 12 when she started working in the family business and quickly found satisfaction in serving people. From that moment forward she knew she had to continue to give value to those around her in order to feel fulfilled. From the time she purchased her first Real Estate at age 20, everything aligned, and Zarifa just knew she found her purpose in Real Estate. 

Her focus on relationship building, attention to details and personable approach earned her recognition in the industry.  Her efforts were noticed and in a short time, she was recruited to represent several luxury custom home builders. This experience allowed her to work closely with affluent clients where her commitment to quality and going the extra mile earned her the name, "The Work Connoisseur".

As a member of the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Zarifa was eager to provide high-end client experiences at the brokerage level. So, she trained agents in her office and shared her expertise. And that's where her leadership journey began.

The “ONE LUXE” and the COOLture at Realty ONE Group were her love at first sight. She knew that’s where she belonged and never looked back…

When she is not working, Zarifa can be found pondering over the meaning of life, doing some sort of personality test, blasting music with her teenage son, debating with her six years old or going for a long walk with the love of her life, her husband Moe.
